SCRUBS® Increases its Production Capacity

Due to the tremendous growth of our SCRUBS® Hand Cleaner Towels and to meet customer demand, Magnaflux has moved it bucket production to Barplas part of RPC Group the UK's largest plastic injection moulding company.

In moving production the turn around time for delivery of customer’s orders will significantly improve, and will enable us to keep up with the customer demand for Scrubs.

Distributor demand for Scrubs both in Europe and the UK has increased by 20% in the last 12 months.

Feed back from our distributors on the new bucket is very good, and the projected outlook for sales in 2008 is already on target.

Visitors who come to INTERNATIONAL HARDWARE FAIR / PRACTICAL WORLD 2008 can once again expect to see product innovations and the top names of the DIY sector from all over the world. The world's leading fair for tools, security, locks and fittings and Home Improvement / DIY will be held in Cologne from 9th to 12th March, 2008. For the first time ever, the presentations and activities in Halls 6 to 9 - Builders' and Home Improvement /DIY Supplies - will be open to skilled trades people and private DIY enthusiasts on all days of the event. The rest of the exhibition centre will, as in the past, be open exclusively to trade visitors and buyers from the industry. New Distributor

LE Hellas with it’s today’s name, was founded in 1989 by Lubrication Engineers International AG. (Also distributors for Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, FYROM, Albania and Cyprus)

Before this year, it was active in the Greek market since 1986.

LE Greece supplies Lubrication Engineers lubricants to the heaviest Greek industries, including Cement, Aluminum, Steel, Mining, Power plants, construction companies, quarries etc.

We recently (2006) were appointed by LE International, our mother company, responsible to develop the market in the countries stated above. We started our activity this year in Bulgaria particularly, with very positive response so far.

LE Greece is planning to develop those markets on a step by step basis, with a priority to Bulgaria and Serbia (awaiting first for the political situation to hopefully be more stable in Serbia).

We have a distributor already in Cyprus, since this year, dealing with the automotive market primarily and we already have 7-8 distributors in Greece.

Our sales department has set a target for 2008, to appoint a minimum of 45 distributors in the Greek market, covering all the main regions of the country.
